Camera-ready, jpg formatted artwork must be received no later than June 30, 2008.

To maximize your marketing dollars by being included on all marketing materials, payment must be received by June 30, 2008.

Providing corporate banners are the responsibility of the sponsor and will be returned after race day.

Tables for sponsors are provided but must be reserved a minimum of two weeks prior to race day.
Giveaways, table displays and seating are the responsibility of the sponsor.
