Crisis Hotline

AVDA – Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse, Inc. operates a 24-Hour Crisis Hotline 800-355-8547 to respond to domestic violence victims 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The hotline is staffed by trained advocates who provide immediate assistance, safety planning, legal advocacy and emergency shelter services.

A victim’s first step to accessing AVDA’s services is to call our 24-Hour Crisis Hotline. Information will be provided about services and the next steps to assure the safety of the victim and their children. AVDA also offers non-residential services to adult victims of domestic violence.
